Full Job Description
As an Agile Coach, you will mentor and guide our teams in the principles of Agile, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and high-performance. You will collaborate with multiple teams, training them in best agile practices and helping them achieve greater velocity and efficiency. This role includes assessing the current state of teams, offering insights into their process, and defining strategies for enhancing their collaboration and effectiveness. You will be crucial in the planning and implementation of agile transformations within the organization, leveraging tools like Scrum, Kanban, and Lean to drive significant improvements in operation.
The Work You'll Do:
- Collaborate with leadership to align agile processes with organizational goals
- Drive and monitor the innovation of agile initiatives across teams
- Evaluate team processes and identify areas for agile improvement
- Facilitate workshops to teach agile practices and resolve team challenges
- Guide and support teams in the successful adoption of agile frameworks

- Master’s degree in a related field, such as Information Technology or Business
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience implementing agile practices across teams
- Robust understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and other agile frameworks
