Full Job Description

The Auto Body Painter is responsible for painting and refinishing automobiles, utilizing various painting tools and techniques to achieve a high-quality finish. This requires preparing car surfaces, selecting appropriate paint mixtures, and executing final coatings to restore vehicles to a showroom finish.

The Work You'll Do:

• Apply paint using spray guns to achieve a uniform finish on vehicle panels.
• Coordinate jobs with the shop manager to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect final products for compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Mix custom paint blends that meet or exceed customer expectations for color match and quality.
• Preparation of vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying protective masking to undisturbed areas.
