As a Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of our agile team, bridging the gap between stakeholders, development teams, and end-users. Your primary responsibility will be to comprehend and articulate business needs, crafting detailed requirement specifications that ensure successful project delivery. You will engage with business leaders to understand their needs, translating complex systems into straightforward terms, and ensuring requirements are documented and understood by all parties. Strong analytical skills will be essential for developing functional specifications, analyzing business processes, and adjusting strategies for optimal efficiency. This role requires excellent collaboration and communication skills to facilitate solutions that meet organizational goals.

The Work You'll Do:

• Assist in project strategy, planning, and risk identification
• Document detailed requirements and process flows for development teams
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and focus groups to capture detailed requirements
