As a Client Advocate in the 24/7 Home Care setting, your role is to champion the needs and rights of clients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and live fulfilling lives. This position involves offering advice and support to clients and their families, navigating healthcare systems, and connecting them with relevant resources. You will gather feedback on services to propose improvements and ensure client satisfaction. Through professional and empathetic interactions, you will serve as a vital link between clients, their families, and the care team.
