Full Job Description
The CNC Programming Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc. They must understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, and other instructions. Operators need to translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function. They are responsible for monitoring machine health and suggesting timely maintenance.
The Work You'll Do:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to derive instructions for CNC operations.
- Perform regular checks and maintenance to ensure quality results and smooth operation.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform various tasks, including drilling, grinding, and milling.
- Translate instructions into machine commands to enable automatic machine control.

- Minimum of three years experience in CNC machine operations.
