Full Job Description

The Combiner Operator is tasked with operating and managing combine harvesters and other large farm equipment to ensure efficient harvesting of crops. You will perform regular maintenance checks, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and optimize equipment settings to align with varying field conditions. This role requires a deep understanding of machinery operation, crop types, and safety regulations. You will work closely with farm managers to coordinate harvesting schedules and contribute to strategic discussions about crop rotation and equipment use.
