Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Construction Safety Officer to oversee and ensure construction project safety. You will manage compliance with safety regulations, communicate potential risks to workers, and implement robust safety cultures within the construction sites.
The Work You'll Do:
- Deliver regular safety training and toolbox talks to workers, reinforcing the importance of safety practices.
- Develop and enforce safety policies, keeping abreast of industry standards and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Investigate incidents and near misses thoroughly, providing detailed reports and recommendations to prevent recurrences.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and clients to foster a site-wide safety culture and secure commitment towards safety.
- Monitor construction sites daily to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, maintaining high safety standards.
