Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Crane Operator to join our construction team. This role involves operating cranes to lift, move, and position loads such as construction materials and equipment at various sites. The operator must coordinate well with ground crews and other team members to ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials.
The Work You'll Do:
- Communicate with engineers and site supervisors to align daily tasks with project goals and timelines, ensuring efficient completion of works.
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspection of crane equipment to ensure it is kept in optimal working condition and document any issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including maintaining a secure area around the crane's operation zone.
- Operate cranes safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position materials, determining the load capacity and setting the appropriate rigging.
- Work collaboratively with ground crew and other team members to complete assignments promptly and with the utmost safety standards.

- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle the demands of crane operation in various weather conditions.
- Professional certification or license for operating cranes, adhering to all local and national regulations.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to adhere to strict safety guidelines at all times.
