The Daycare Assistant is integral to the smooth operation of our daycare, providing support in all areas to ensure a safe and engaging environment for all children. Under the supervision of teachers and childcare leaders, the Daycare Assistant is responsible for assisting with daily care routines, preparing snacks, supervising activities, and maintaining hygienic practices throughout the daycare facility. This role is tailored for individuals passionate about childcare who are eager to gain experience in early childhood education. The Work You'll Do:
- Assist in organizing and overseeing recreational activities
- Document and relay observations about children’s progress and behavior
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
- Prepare and distribute nutritious meals and snacks
- Support lead teachers in crafting a cohesive educational experience
