Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to streamline our software development lifecycle, from coding to deployment, ensuring high availability and performance of our systems. This role requires extensive experience in applying DevOps principles and CI/CD methodologies to unite software development and operations teams. You will build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations, and troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments. You will also contribute to architecture design discussions focused on reliability, scalability, and performance of applications.

The Work You'll Do:

• Automate deployment processes and manage releases
• Build robust infrastructure components and services to support development
• Collaborate with development teams to design efficient CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Participate in software architectural discussions

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby
• Strong background in Linux/Unix administration

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps role
• Ability to handle project management for both short- and long-term projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Understanding of networking principles and security protocols
