The Field Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of field harvesting activities. This role involves coordinating with multiple teams to ensure that harvests are conducted efficiently and safely, adhering to all relevant regulations. The Field Manager is responsible for planning and logistics, including machinery and labor management, to optimize resources and output.
The Work You'll Do:
- Allocate and manage machinery and labor resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with agronomists and specialists to optimize harvesting strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of harvesting operations in the fields.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and improvement areas.
