Full Job Description
As a Fire Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and managing fire safety protocols across the facility to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and visitors. This includes the development of fire safety plans, conducting regular fire drills, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
The Work You'll Do:
- Collaborate with local fire departments to coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local fire codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular fire drills with all employees to promote readiness and compliance with safety protocols.
- Develop comprehensive fire safety plans and emergency evacuation procedures to ensure everyone knows their role in an emergency situation.
- Ensure all fire safety equipment, including extinguishers and alarms, are inspected and maintained on a regular basis.
- Provide training sessions to employees on fire prevention, emergency response, and the use of fire safety equipment.

- Professional certification in fire safety and prevention, underscoring a commitment to excellence in safety protocols.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful fire safety training and awareness programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing clear and effective dissemination of information and directives.
