The Fruit Picker is a hands-on role that involves the manual harvesting of fruits from orchards. This vital position requires attention to detail and care to ensure that the fruits are picked without damage and are of high quality. The Fruit Picker must efficiently execute picking tasks while complying with health and safety regulations and ensuring the cleanliness of the work environment.

The Work You'll Do:

• Assist in setting up and transporting picking equipment from one area to another.
• Follow the supervisor's instructions to meet daily picking targets and goals.
• Maintain hygiene standards and help in keeping the picking and packing areas clean.
• Pick fruits from trees using appropriate techniques to ensure quality is maintained.
• Sort and pack fruits according to size and quality grades.
