Full Job Description
As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential buildings. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and fix issues in a timely manner.
The Work You'll Do:
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to HVAC systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Install new HVAC systems according to design specifications and company standards.
- Provide customers with recommendations regarding energy efficiency upgrades and maintenance needs.
- Respond promptly to service calls, accurately diagnose HVAC-related problems, and deliver effective solutions.
- Utilize plumbing and electric skills to install, replace, or repair HVAC system components.

- Ability to work with hand tools and complex equipment, including an understanding of electronic testing devices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of 5 to 7 years in HVAC repair and maintenance.
- Understanding of current HVAC codes, including health and safety regulations.
