The Inventory Coordinator oversees the flow of inventory in and out of warehouse processes. This role involves careful monitoring of stock levels, coordinating with procurement to reorder materials, and ensuring an efficient and effective inventory management system is maintained to support business operations.
The Work You'll Do:
- Accurate recording of inventory using inventory management software.
- Create regular reports detailing inventory statistics and fluctuations for stakeholder review.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products availability always meets demands.
- Perform regular audits and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Work collaboratively with the procurement team to optimize the supply process.
