Full Job Description

As a JCB Operator, you will handle the loading and unloading of materials, excavation, and soil levelling using backhoe loaders and related equipment. This role requires precise control and operation of heavy machinery to support various farm operations, including land clearance and construction. You will be responsible for adhering to safety protocols and performing regular machine checks to ensure reliability. Effective communication with supervisors and team members is essential to prioritize tasks and respond to dynamic operational demands. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors in different farm settings, necessitating adaptability and skill in operating various attachments and tools.

The Work You'll Do:

• Document machinery use and daily performance for management reviews.
• Ensure machine safety and efficiency by conducting regular service checks and repairs.
• Operate JCB loaders for excavation, soil levelling, and material transport.
• Practice safe operation techniques to prevent accidents and equipment damage.
• Work closely with the farm team to plan and execute excavation and construction tasks.
