Full Job Description

The Loader Operator will be responsible for operating a loader to move materials around the construction sites. This role entails ensuring that the machinery is used in a safe and efficient manner, carrying out minor repairs, and adhering to safety protocols.

The Work You'll Do:

• Contribute to maintaining a safety-first work environment, reporting any problems or safety concerns immediately.
• Coordinate with other equipment operators and help maintain a clean and organized site.
• Follow operational procedures to ensure the safety and efficiency of the loader operations.
• Operate loaders to effectively move and load materials as per the requirements of construction projects.
• Perform daily inspection and maintenance of the loader to ensure equipment is safe and operational.

• Solid understanding of material types and handling procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience operating loaders or similar heavy machinery.
• Ability to analyze and communicate operational needs effectively to supervisors and team members.
• Associates degree in Heavy Equipment Operation or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations pertinent to construction sites and heavy machinery operations.
• Valid heavy equipment operator certification, particularly for loaders.
