Full Job Description
As a Machine Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for keeping all packing machines in optimal working condition. This includes routine inspections, systematic maintenance tasks, and immediate repair of any faults to prevent disruptions in the production line. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficiency and productivity by minimizing machine downtime and prolonging equipment lifespan. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and an adherence to health and safety standards.
The Work You'll Do:
- Collaborate with machinery suppliers for parts supply and maintenance advancements.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on packing machines to identify wear or faults.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all operations and maintenance activities.
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid production delays or machine failures.
- Repair any mechanical issues swiftly to reduce downtime and ensure continuous production.
