Full Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the repair and maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment within the facility. This role involves managing maintenance schedules, supervising staff, coordinating with production for downtime, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, troubleshooting equipment issues, and liaising with suppliers for part replacements.
The Work You'll Do:
- Communicate with parts suppliers and manage inventory of maintenance components.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company policies.
- Supervise maintenance team to ensure consistent and effective machinery upkeep.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement solutions for uninterrupted operations.

- Proficiency in computer-aided maintenance management software (CMMS).
- Understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems maintenance.
