Full Job Description
As a Memory Care Specialist in Companion Services, you will offer expert support and personal assistance to clients with memory impairments, such as dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Your role focuses on enriching clients’ lives by creating a structured environment that promotes safety, comfort, and cognitive engagement. You will plan and execute activities that stimulate memory and maintain mental functions while working closely with families to tailor care approaches. The ideal candidate is patient, understanding, and skilled at deploying techniques and therapies to support the cognitive and emotional needs of clients.
