Full Job Description
The Night-time Babysitter will provide attentive and responsible overnight care for infants and children, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the night. This role requires maintaining a secure environment and being alert to any nighttime needs or emergencies. You will be responsible for maintaining any sleep routines in place, such as feeding schedules or comforting routines, to ensure a restful night for both the children and parents. Ideal candidates will have night shift experience, trustworthy characteristics, and a sensitive approach to managing any nighttime disruptions with calm and care.
The Work You'll Do:
- Communicate effectively with parents about the night's events and child behavior
- Follow evening routines such as reading bedtime stories or soothing activities
- Monitor children overnight and ensure they are safe and healthy
- Regularly check on sleeping children to ensure a peaceful environment
- Respond promptly to any disturbances and provide comfort as needed
