Full Job Description
The Outlet Cashier is responsible for handling transactions accurately and efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves balancing the cash drawer, processing returns, and suggesting additional products or services positively to enhance sales. You play a critical role as the first point of contact improving the customer experience and driving the overall efficiency of the store.
The Work You'll Do:
- Assist with return and exchange procedures according to company policies.
- Engage customers by suggesting additional products, services, or enhancements.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the checkout and surrounding areas.
- Maintain accountability of the cash drawer, performing daily reconciliation.
- Process customer purchases using the store's point of sale system adhering to all cash handling policies.

- Previous experience in cashier or retail sales is preferred.
