The Overnight Nanny provides nurturing and attentive care to children from bedtime through morning routines. This role involves establishing a calm bedtime routine, monitoring children overnight, and managing any disturbances to ensure restful sleep. You are responsible for creating a secure, comforting atmosphere, tracking children's sleep patterns, and preparing breakfast in the morning. The Overnight Nanny must communicate effectively with parents and daytime caregivers to provide seamless care for children. This role requires adaptability, patience, and the ability to handle emergency situations with care and expertise.
The Work You'll Do:
- Communicate daily with parents and caregivers regarding each night's activities
- Establish and maintain a consistent bedtime routine for children
- Prepare a nutritious breakfast and assist with morning preparations
- Provide a safe and comforting presence, handling any issues calmly
- Supervise and respond to children's needs during overnight hours
