The Owner Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining a personal fleet of trucks, leveraging entrepreneurial skills to secure contracts and manage operations. The Work You'll Do:
- Adhere to all transportation safety regulations and handle compliance-related tasks.
- Complete documentation for shipments, including bills of lading and transport logs.
- Manage financial operations related to running a fleet, including budgeting and expense tracking.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on trucks to ensure optimal performance.
- Secure transportation contracts with clients and manage operational logistics.
