The Packing Operative is vital to ensuring that products are correctly packaged and ready for dispatch. You will use your skills to ensure that items are packed safely, labeled accurately, and handled with care to meet delivery standards while maintaining efficient workflow within the warehousing team.

The Work You'll Do:

• Adapt packaging techniques and tools to meet exceptional orders or non-standard products.
• Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to coordinate packing schedules.
• Inspect finished packages to guarantee they meet quality standards and contain correct documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to ensure operational efficiency.
• Pack customer orders with accuracy and precision, ensuring correct labeling and resource usage.
