As a Palliative Care Advisor, you will guide complex decision-making processes involving the care of patients with serious, progressive illnesses in a hospice setting. Your work involves counseling patients and families, coordinating with medical professionals to ensure the comprehensive delivery of palliative services, and advocating for patients' rights.
