Full Job Description
The Part-time Nanny will support working parents by caring for their children during the afternoons and early evenings. This role will require someone who is highly adaptable to adjusting schedules based on the family’s needs and proactively engaging children in various activities. The nanny will assist with meal preparation, ensure homework completion, and create a structured environment that promotes both play and learning. Developing personalized care strategies that reflect the unique needs and interests of each child is essential, as well as maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment. The ideal candidate should not only enjoy working with children but also embody reliability, energy, and creativity.
The Work You'll Do:
- Engage children in a variety of after-school activities that incorporate learning through play
- Ensure safety in home environments and during outings
- Foster a positive relationship with children and build trust
- Help with homework tasks and educational projects
- Maintain routines for meal preparation and cleanup
