The Personal Support Worker role provides essential 24/7 care for clients in a home setting, ensuring their comfort, safety, and independence. You will assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing, mobility, meal preparation, and medication management. This position requires a compassionate and empathetic approach, focusing on improving the quality of life for clients by fostering a supportive and caring environment. You will closely monitor the clients' conditions and communicate any concerns to the supervising medical personnel promptly, ensuring seamless care continuity.
