The Quality Assurance Engineer for Packaging ensures that our packaging materials and processes meet the highest quality standards. This involves developing and implementing rigorous testing protocols, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The goal is to guarantee that every piece of packaging meets specified criteria for durability, function, and compliance before it reaches consumers.
The Work You'll Do:
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for any identified quality issues.
- Conduct inspections at various stages of the packaging production process to identify and resolve defects.
- Develop comprehensive quality control plans and testing protocols to ensure packaging quality.
- Ensure compliance with national and international quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance metrics and present findings to senior management.

- Trained in Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
