Full Job Description
The Registered Nurse will play a pivotal role in delivering advanced health care services to elderly residents within a live-in care environment. This position requires a professional with a strong background in geriatric care who can administer medications, perform regular health assessments, and design care strategies that improve the well-being and autonomy of elderly clients. The role involves close interaction with both clients and their families to ensure that the care provided aligns with each client's specific health plans and needs. The Registered Nurse will also participate in training and supervising junior staff and care aids, ensuring adherence to care protocols and professional standards.
