Full Job Description
The Scheduling Coordinator will manage and oversee production schedules to ensure all activities are completed within set timelines. This involves coordinating with different departments to align production activities and troubleshoot issues that may arise during production cycles.
The Work You'll Do:
- Continuously evaluate and adapt scheduling procedures to improve overall production efficiency.
- Create efficient production schedules in collaboration with department heads to optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or material availability.
- Prepare detailed production reports that highlight scheduling efficiency and suggest possible improvements.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and liaise with teams to ensure smooth workflow and minimal disruptions.

- Three to five years of experience in production scheduling or coordination.
