Full Job Description
As a Scrum Master, you will be the facilitator of agile practices within our team. Your role encompasses guiding the team in agile methodologies, facilitating effective sessions, and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams. You will help resolve escalations and impediments that hinder progress and organize events like daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Your aim is to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability amongst team members. Ultimately, you will champion the evolution and understanding of Scrum principles to maximize delivery and quality of output.
The Work You'll Do:
- Coach team members on agile best practices, promoting a culture of open communication and cooperation
- Facilitate the ongoing scrum process and ceremonies, ensuring clear focus on achieving sprint goals
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable solutions
- Remove obstacles that impede the team's progress, proactively escalating issues when necessary
- Work collaboratively with product owners to maintain high-quality product backlog
