The Senior Care Aide position is essential to providing personalized 24/7 Home Care for senior clients. Your role involves assisting with daily activities, medication management, personal hygiene, and offering companionship to promote emotional well-being. You will be responsible for monitoring health signs, documenting changes, and communicating these to the healthcare team to ensure prompt intervention. By creating a nurturing environment, you help senior clients maintain dignity and independence, offering support tailored to their unique life circumstances.

The Work You'll Do:

• Assist in developing personalized care plans alongside healthcare professionals
• Assist senior clients with activities of daily living to promote independence and comfort
• Ensure medication is administered correctly and keep accurate records
• Monitor and document the client's health status and communicate concerns promptly
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance mental health
