Full Job Description
The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing the distribution logistics of outgoing products, ensuring efficient delivery scheduling, and making sure that warehouse workers follow established shipping procedures. Frequent coordination with both federal shipping laws and internal regulations is required.
The Work You'll Do:
- Communicate with customers and suppliers to manage expectations and resolve issues.
- Coordinate and monitor all outgoing shipments of products.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations and policies.
- Ensure shipping documents and records are maintained accurately.
- Track shipments and report on shipping activity in a weekly dissemination.
