Full Job Description
The Soil Management Specialist is responsible for developing and executing soil management programs that enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability. You will work closely with farmers and other stakeholders to assess soil health, recommend and implement best practices for soil conservation, and improve nutrient management. Your role includes conducting field assessments, analyzing soil samples, and preparing detailed reports on findings and recommendations. Additionally, you will educate clients on sustainable soil practices and create tailored soil improvement plans to address specific issues related to erosion, compaction, and fertility.
