The Special Needs Assistant will provide dedicated support and personalized care for children with disabilities in a dynamic childcare environment. This role requires deep understanding and respect for the unique challenges faced by children with special needs. You will be responsible for creating and executing activity plans that foster learning, fun, and social integration among children. The Work You'll Do:
- Assist children with daily routines including personal care needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement effective care and educational plans
- Communicate regularly with families to provide updates on progress and discuss ongoing care strategies
- Develop activities that promote learning and social interaction tailored to individual capabilities
- Provide one-on-one and group support to special needs children, ensuring their safety and well-being
