The Night Shift Specialist provides exceptional overnight care to individuals with disabilities who require round-the-clock assistance. Your role includes overseeing the safety and well-being of clients during the night, monitoring health parameters, and responding promptly to any needs or emergencies that arise. This position demands a calm and attentive presence, ensuring a restful night for clients and preparing them for productive days. The Work You'll Do:
