Full Job Description
The Toddler Play Specialist will engage children in a variety of activities designed to stimulate their motor skills, communication, and social development. This role is dedicated to creating a safe and engaging environment where toddlers can explore and learn through play. Responsibilities include organizing creative play sessions, monitoring safety, and adapting activities to each child's developmental level. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood education principles, patience, creativity, and a passion for nurturing young minds. The Work You'll Do:
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and activities
- Design and implement a variety of play-based learning activities tailored to toddlers
- Ensure the play area is safe and conducive to learning, free from hazards
- Facilitate interactive play sessions that encourage sharing and cooperation
- Observe children during playtime to assess their physical, emotional, and social development
