The Babysitting Team Leader plays a pivotal role in managing a group of babysitters, ensuring they have the guidance and resources needed to provide high-quality childcare. This position involves overseeing training programs, assessing the performance of babysitting staff, and creating structured plans to enhance child engagement and safety.
