The Infant Nanny provides nurturing care during the critical first months of a child's life, focusing on fostering a safe and stimulating environment that supports developmental goals. Responsibilities include maintaining feeding schedules, changing diapers, ensuring the safety of infants at all times, and soothing infants to manage transition and adaptability. The Work You'll Do:
- Assist in establishing effective sleep routines that promote infant health
- Communicate daily routines and developments with parents meticulously
- Ensure hygienic practices in all areas including feeding tools and common spaces
- Manage daily feeding schedules and ensure nutritional requirements are met
- Monitor infant safety and learning daily through appropriate supervision
