Full Job Description
As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the foundational years of young children. This position demands someone who is passionate about early childhood education and can create an engaging and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a curriculum that promotes physical, emotional, and social development while also introducing basic concepts in literacy and numeracy. Daily responsibilities include organizing creative activities, preparing daily lesson plans, evaluating student performance, and maintaining open communication with parents. The ideal candidate will be patient, creative, and have a deep understanding of early childhood development.
The Work You'll Do:
- Collaborate with assistants and other teachers to meet all preschooler’s needs
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for each child to explore and grow
- Design and implement an age-appropriate curriculum that fosters learning and curiosity
- Evaluate each child’s performance and provide feedback to parents
- Plan creative activities that promote emotional, cognitive, and social development
